The Feeling of Disappointment

I finally got a job interview with J.O. Kelly middle school in Springdale!  It was so exciting and nerve racking at the same time!  The interview was with both Assistant Principals, and not only did I think it went well, she said it well too.  So, within a week they asked me to come back for a second interview!  This one was even more scary than the first.  It was with a team of three teachers (the team that I would be working with if I got the job) and the Principal.  I really thought this interview went well too, but at the same time I felt that she wanted a lot more than what I could give at this time.  This position was going to be a challenge, due to coming in at the middle of the year and they've had a sub for awhile now.  Although I knew the challenges I was ready to conquer them the best I could.  So, I waited and waited and waited and finally after almost a month, they let me know that they "gave the job to someone with more experience".  I was very disappointed but at the same time I knew that they picked the person who was going to be best for this position.  It is very frustrating not having job and wanting one so bad.  I'm just being impatient.  I know I need to keep my Faith and my turn will come soon!
